(Main Office) Randy A. Fleischer has been in private practice representing victims of discrimination since 1992. Mr. Fleischer was the victim of discrimination as a manager of a large health club which was part of a national chain. Mr. Fleischer represented himself pro se while still in law school, winning every major motion in federal court and settling the case before he graduated law school. Since that time Mr. Fleischer has focused his practice on representing victims of discrimination. Mr. Fleischer has represented employees alleging discrimination against the IRS, the DEA, the Post Office, the Florida Attorney General, the Broward County Sheriff, various municipalities, banks, restaurants, airlines, car dealerships and other large corporations. The practice focuses on employment discrimination but is also involved in representing employees in unemployment hearings and employment contract litigation. In 1997 Mr. Fleischer served as a labor and employment arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and on the panel AAA uses to select labor and employment arbitrators. Mr. Fleischer has served as an arbitrator and mediator for the Nova Southeastern University Academy of Dispute Resolution in 1997.
