Mr. Lyons lacked professionalism and credibility. Mr. Lyons called to reschedule an appointment stating a schedule conflict. On the confirmed meeting date, Mr. Lyons stated he had 15 minutes to review a complex estate planning issue due to a scheduled conflict in court. (which he knew about in advance of confirming the meeting). Why would you reschedule a 15 min call before you have to be in court.... The meeting was rescheduled 2 weeks later and Mr. Lyons no showed for the meeting, which clearly demonstrated that if he could not even commit or adhere to a simple meeting, how can he be trusted to handle more sensitive legal matters.

Gary Lyons acted irresponsibly on the basis of misinformation he acquired from an elderly man suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's. He treated other family members with total disrespect and disregard for the facts. He initiated no investigation into the truth and took money from a man incapable of making sound decisions.
