The Firm was founded in 1981 by Gerald Greenspoon and Michael E. Marder. It presently has a staff of more than 275 employees including 73 attorneys and support staff. The Firm maintains offices in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Boca Raton, Aventura and West Palm Beach and is engaged in the representation of clients throughout the State.
