He and his pal Russell are two of the sleaziest, lying lawyers you could ever imagine, let alone meet... or even worse, retain. Despicable humans EVERYTHING they did and said was intended to squeeze as much money from estate as they could while lying every step of the way . I have audio recording of one hearing where he flat out lied and DEFENDED the adversary while sabotaging my case, because he "didn't want to be there." This was all after lying about retainer and terms. Their expertise is in probate abuse and generating fees, not your best interest. REGRET trusting and not recording DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE. Move on to another firm

My experience with this attorney was deeply disappointing. He failed to fulfill his obligations, resulting in an unfavorable court decision that ultimately led to the adoption of my child. Communication was lacking, and he withdrew from the case without adequate notice, leaving me without representation. His lack of follow-through and failure to honor his commitments caused significant distress and harm. Despite the serious consequences, I did not receive an apology for his actions. This experience has had a lasting negative impact on my family.
