The law firm of MacElree Harvey, Ltd., is one of the oldest and most respected firms in Chester County. The firm as it exists today was formed by the merger of two Chester County firms in 1973. The original MacElree firm was begun, though, in 1890 by Mr. Wilmer MacElree. Our law firm is one of the largest in Chester County with over 25 practicing attorneys. We are a general practice firm with experience and expertise in commercial litigation, foreclosures, collections, bankruptcy, lender liability litigation and business and banking law advice. We have substantial transactional experience in real estate, land use, zoning, lending work and debt restructuring.
