Murtha Cullina LLP, founded in 1936, has offices in Hartford, Madison, New Haven and Stamford, Connecticut and Boston and Woburn, Massachusetts. The International Business Practice Group collaborates with all of the firm's practice groups, including its Islamic Banking & Finance practice. The firm has devoted special attention to the interests of our U.S. clients doing business outside the United States as well as to protecting the U.S. interests of foreign companies. Our practice includes advising clients in corporate and mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, international trade, cross-border franchising, international private client, litigation, arbitration and mediation and business immigration and nationality law matters. We regularly represent clients in international joint ventures and provide prompt and effective advice to clients contemplating business activities and transactions outside the U.S.
