Since 1991 Margaret Fogerty Rattigan has practiced law in Connecticut. Her practice has included representing individuals, families and companies in a wide range of administrative matters from student disciplinary proceedings and discrimination claims before the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and Connecticut unemployment to tax appeals and land use applications.

Attorney Rattigan has resided in West Hartford with her husband and three children since 1990. She did her undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut where she received her bachelor’s degree with a concentration in psychology. She attended Southern Connecticut State University and studied family therapy. She subsequently attended the University of Connecticut School of Law and graduated with honors in 1991. She has been in private practice since her admission to the bar in 1991.
