DO NOT USE HER! She represented me allowing me to pay overtime. She offered that! I have never seen an invoice. Once she sends it, I will review it as many people that have used her said she overcharged. Her Paralegal is RUDE. Bonnie led me on to believe she would help me file contempt. Then she ignored my calls, texts and emails for weeks as well as her unprofessional Paralegal. All she had to do was advise me she would not be representing me any further. I will be filing a grievance and following through with whatever I need. She feels protected by the courts, but I will not let her walk all over me AND my CHILDREN.

Hired Law Firm

Attorney Bonnie Amendola as a GAL fails to provide the court information about minor children. Her behavior is not consistent with what she says. She manipulates the custody evaluation and brings in her evaluators to favor her cases and her lawyer friends. She doesn't care about children's best interests. Maybe all these are not new to the family court. But she is not the one that will stand up for children who need real helps. The ultimate goal for her is to bill parents and make more money.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
