Vaman Kidambi and his team including all associates and paralegal are the best team one could get for US immigration, and to start your American dreams. Attorney Kidambi will understand your case and will set the expectation very clearly and you will be in good hands until you reach the shore. I have used this firm for our student visa, H1 visa and my Green Card processing, the firm was with me in all ups and down. Kidambi & Associates will get my highest recommendation.

Vaman is one of the best immigration attorney in America. He has represented Gensecure in all immigration related matter since 2006. He never made us feel as a small company. Treated us as one of the most valued customer at par with mid size or large corporation. We are very pleased with his professional service. So far outcome of his representation is 100 % inspite of stricter norms. His team is very meticulous and always try to do the right thing in very first place. Highly recommended!!!

I am so glad to have had Vaman Kidambi office take care of immigration case. They were friendly, clear and knowledgeable in laws and matters. They were very professional in preparing case(paper and electronic) and acted/responded promptly and quickly to our questions and concerns. In essence, I found them extremely good and reliable services for Immigration cases. Their fee was very reasonable.

Kidambi and Associates team clearly explained what they will do and what can be achieved. They explained the challenges and risks if any for each course of action. They were patient and took their time to explain steps. The process was smooth and well executed. We are very impressed with the team working together to get things done for their client.

Vaman Kidambi did an excellent job with my EB-1-OR case. During the first consultation, he outlined the process very well and did not commit to taking the case until all the critical areas were identified to ensure success. After this detailed information was provided as to what is needed, the case was built with a lot of communication back and forth with me. He has an excellent team who is always on top of things and ready to help. I did not encounter any issues or delays during the process.

Kidambi law firm services are excellent for Non Immigration and Immigration Matters like for new H1b Filing,Transfer H1B and Green card process.they make sure that all the documentation is given to USCIS so that no RFE is issued and approval of petition is faster,
I would definitely would recommend Kidambi for all my friends.

Excellent and efficient service. If you have a question, you can talk to or e mail Mr. Kidambi himself and he gets back to you very quickly. I have to say that his associates are also very good and I didn't have to contact Mr. Kidambi for most of my needs.

I did some comparison studies, pros vs cons... before I selected Vaman Kidambi to represent me. The pros are: 1) His expertise and experience: Makes you feel so confident and at ease; 2) Direct access to attorney via email for questions.
3) Quick response: emails answered the next morning by the attorney, always.
4) Common sense: Vaman takes the common sense route..no adventures..less risk.
5) Competitive pricing.
Cons: 1) Heavy documentation:But it helps prevent queries from USCIS later

He was the Immigration attorney who helped us with our H-1B visa renewals as well as our PERM.We just received the approval notice of our Permanent Resident Status. He has been very deligent,professional and proactive in our immigration issues since 2006.

When I had problems with H1B visa denial, I contacted 4 different TOP firm lawyers and they all told me to back to India and get a visa and come back here to United States. A friend of mine recommended Mr. Kidambi. I contacted Mr. Kidambi and he took my case got it approved. Today I have my green card because of Mr. Kidambi. I would recommend his law firm to anybody who is going thru Immigration issues or need assistance in applying for work visas or Permanent Residency.
