This firm concentrates solely on criminal defense matters. Our combined experience includes more than 30 years of trial work throughout the entire state of Colorado. We appear most often in courts in Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson Counties, as well as the State and Federal Courts in Denver. This law firm has actual jury trial experience handling cases ranging from traffic and DUI offenses, to non-violent crimes such as theft and drug possession, to violent crimes such as sexual assault, aggravated robbery, and first degree murder. This broad experience base has given the firm a strong understanding of the players and process of criminal defense law in both the State and Federal Courts in Colorado. Both Mr. Knight and Ms. Moses are members of the Criminal Justice Act panel for the U.S. District Court in Denver and the Alternative Defense Counsel staff for Arapahoe County.
