Mark Workman founded Workman Law Office in 1987. He was employed as a law clerk for the Honorable Henry E. Nieto in Jefferson County District Court prior to Judge Nieto becoming a Justice of the Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Workman was also formerly employed as an associate at Polodori Gerome Franklin & Jacobson LLC. Workman Law Office has extensive experience in the areas of family law, dependency and neglect, adoption, criminal defense, civil litigation, landlord and tenant matters, traffic and DUI, and serves individuals in these areas statewide. Mark Workman is internationally recognized for this expertise in the area of paternity and child-related matters. He is assisted at Workman Law Office by a competent and dedicated support staff of four paralegals and/or assistants with over seventy years of combined legal experience and sixteen years together as the same team.
