(Main Office) The Firm's founders, John Richilano and Kevin Shea, are trial lawyers who grew up in the courtroom. The Firm focuses exclusively on civil, criminal, administrative and appellate litigation. Between them, John and Kevin have tried to a verdict more than 100 cases, both civil and criminal. Their litigation experience short of trial is extensive, involving, for example, motions practice, Markman hearings, depositions, and in federal criminal cases, complex sentencing hearings in federal court. They also have extensive experience before arbitration panels and administrative agencies. Their strong trial record and years of experience give them a unique perspective to help clients understand their legal options and choose the best avenue for a positive outcome, whether that be trial or an out of court resolution. We commit to each client that John or Kevin will be their lawyer at all times.
