Just to clarify, Marlo knew my wife could not handle the stress of going to court, she was able to reach an out of court settlement for us. I had a severe car accident in 2014. I did not want to get an attorney, but after 3 years of doctors trying to convince me to speak to an attorney, a neurologist changed my mind. He told me that an attorney would be able to help me get medical care that most people would not think about. My chiropractor told me about Marlo. I am so thankful for their recommendations. Marlo helped me in many ways that I can’t list them all. She dealt with insurance and more importantly, the opposing council. Marlo helped me to understand what was/what wasn't important. Most importantly, Marlo helped me to get medical tests/care I needed. I used the medical records in my Army Medical Board packet. I received 70% Army/100% VA disability ratings. Marlo made certain I received enough money in my settlement that I could retire early. Thank you Marlo for everything.
I had high hopes for Ms. Greer based upon her other reviews. I signed up with Ms. Greer in January of 2023, and repeatedly requested that she send out the Demand letters that would start the negotiations of my claims because I didn’t want to treat for the accidents anymore and wanted all of this behind me. Her office was provided with lists of the medical providers I saw and for the accidents in writing twice at the onset of our relationship and again over the phone 3 months ago. After 9 months of being represented by her my cases are no closer to settling. In fact, I now have 1 case in litigation and she can’t figure out if the defendant’s coverage defense is valid. The Statute of Limitations for the second case is up in August of 2024 and the Demand has not been prepared or sent to the carrier. She decided to change the terms of her representation and has withdrawn from my cases at a very crucial time. She deserves zero stars, but that’s not an option.
