Daniel E. Friesen (Partner) born Cincinnati, Ohio; admitted to bar, 1984, Colorado. Education: Williams College (B.A., cum laude, 1981) Phi Beta Kappa; University of California at Los Angeles (J.D., 1984). Dan Friesen has extensive trial experience, including more than ten jury trials (all of which he won) many more trials to the court and administrative hearings and arbitration's. Allan Hale's practice concentrates on commercial, construction litigation and real estate litigation, with particular emphasis on eminent domain, land use and valuation disputes. William J. Kelly, III (Partner) born St. Louis, Missouri; admitted to bar, 1992, Louisiana; 2007, Colorado. Education: Tulane University (B.A., 1989); St. Louis University School of Law (J.D., 1992). William Kelly is a partner focusing on employment, commercial litigation and technology law.
