My experience with Donald Kelso with Dexian was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this lawyer due to what I can only describe as a lack of professionalism and integrity. From the outset, I found that communication was a major issue. Despite multiple attempts to reach him via email and certified mail, he consistently ignored my inquiries. In fact, not once did I receive a response to any of my emails, nor did I receive acknowledgment of any certified mail I sent, which is not only frustrating but, in my opinion, completely unacceptable for someone in his position. It became increasingly clear that his approach to handling matters was to simply ignore any form of communication, perhaps hoping the issue would simply go away. This type of behavior creates a significant amount of stress for clients, who rely on their lawyer for guidance, responses, and action. The lack of follow-through just doesn’t align with the level of
I had a disappointing experience working with Donald. He was consistently unresponsive, which I found to be both frustrating and unprofessional. His approach to resolving issues seemed to rely on ignoring them in the hope that they would disappear, rather than addressing them head-on. This lack of communication and accountability seriously undermined my confidence in his ability to represent his client’s interests effectively. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to think twice before working with him or relying on him for legal matters.
