• Financings include general obligation bonds, user fee revenue bonds, special assessment bonds, excise tax revenue bonds, lease transactions, tax increment financings and private activity bonds.
• Economic development matters include development or annexation agreements and economic incentive agreements.
• Clients include governmental entities such as municipalities, counties, special districts, school districts, transportation agencies, joint action agencies, urban renew al authorities, downtown development authorities as w ell as non-profit corporations, underwriters, trustees and credit enhancers.
• Represented the RTD in connection with forming the unique public-private partnership transaction that will fund the construction of commuter rail lines east to the airport and west to Arvada and Wheat Ridge as w ell as improvements to Denver Union Station.
