HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EVEN THOUGH HE COULD NOT HELP US, HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY WE DID NOT HAVE A CASE AND ALSO WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN ASKED ANY LEGAL QUESTIONS. HE TALKED ON OUR LEVEL WITH HIS EXPLANATIONS AND NOT IN ALL LEGAL JARGEN. VERY PERSONABLE AND CONSIDERATE.
