About David M. Packard

David M. Packard was employed in various management capacities for large Canadian and American manufacturers before attending the University of Colorado School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. Dave authored "A Test for Churning in Stock Options" in the Corporation Law Review, a national legal publication, and has taught many professional programs on antitrust law and other subjects. He has served as Chairman of the Antitrust Subsection and as a member of the Business Law Council of the Colorado Bar Association. In 1995 he was appointed by Governor Romer to a three-year term on the Committee on Anticompetitive Conduct, a subcommittee of the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners. He was elected chair of the Committee in 1996 and was appointed to an additional term in 1998. His off-hours activities include rafting, canoeing, tennis, backpacking, skiing and golf. Dave retired from active practice in 2013 and is now acting as special counsel to the firm.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
