In construction transactional matters, the Firm provides expertise in the areas of the negotiation and preparation of construction contracts, subcontracts and related agreements, construction loan financing agreements, mechanic's liens and stop notices, analyses of payment and performance bonds and Miller Act bonds, the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in real estate and construction matters, and the purchase and sale of construction related businesses.
