Since 1991, Paul Willihnganz has provided consulting services to the legal profession, assessing the propriety, reasonableness, and good faith or bad faith character of the actions and practices of life and health insurance companies. He has served as a testifying expert for both plaintiff and defense law firms throughout the United States. His work draws on over 40 years of legal and business experience, including 14 years as a life insurance company officer, counsel and general counsel, as well as prior experience representing both consumers and insurance companies. As of October 2009, Mr. Willihnganz is no longer accepting new clients.
