From 1975 to the present, Mr. Kitchen has completed in excess of hundreds of numerous multiparty complex business transactions and complex litigation matters in mediations, arbitrations, courts and juries. He is a member of the California and United States Bar, Central and Northern Districts and the Washington D.C. Court of Claims. He has presented cases in Superior Courts nationally, State Appellate Courts and United States District Courts and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.
