Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Bill Gwire represented me in large, hotly contested legal malpractice claim against my former attorneys (a well-regarded litigation boutique in San Francisco) who lost my underlying real estate case to the tune of about $1.6 million. We settled the malpractice case and entered into a confidential settlement agreement, so I can’t go into too much detail, but just to give you a preview of what I think of Bill’s work and qualities, I wrote to Bill right after we settled the case, and said: “Thanks Bill. You may be the best attorney I have ever worked with, and (unfortunately ;-) I have worked with a lot.”
Some of the things Bill did that were remarkable included a huge investment of his time to become intimately familiar with a very complex set of events so that he was always in complete command of the facts, his development of likely theories on how the error occurred, his patience and availability to discuss the status and strategy, and finally his invaluable advice on when to push and when to give.
Bill makes the extra effort to be very well prepared for your day in court.
If Bill decides to take your case - be prepared to win.
I recommend Mr. Giro with my highest confidence. His service is outstanding and he stands tall from the complicated legal field with simplicity and sincerity! He communicated with me on all details with clear recommendations in a easy to understand manner. His recommendation was always for the benefit of clients that's clear from his own interests. After all, it is the recommendation of strategy that makes an attorney's service essential and crucial to the case. I can never thank him enough!
I had a dispute over the refund of a deposit. As a result I contacted several highly rated attorneys that practice "legal malpractice." Other than Bill Gwire, they either had complicated client attorney agreements that were unreasonable or they attempted to be "experts" in too many areas of the law or were just not too personable.{para}Bill’s client attorney agreement was straight forward and reasonable. I highly recommend Bill.
Very unprofessional attorney who makes inappropriate comments to clients and other professionals. Needs to reevaluate his customer service skills because times have changed since he was licensed 50 years ago. Modernize yourself and be better !
We can't speak highly enough about Bill Gwire. He recently helped us with a lawsuit against our former personal injury attorneys, helping us to sue them for legal malpractice and fraud, and we successfully settled out of court. We were understandably a bit gun-shy regarding attorneys and Bill did an exemplary job of keeping us informed of our options, even when we didn't want to hear them. This is really why you hire a lawyer and Bill's counsel was invaluable. We only wish we'd hired him first!
