(Main Office) Trucker Huss concentrates its practice in the fields of ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation and related litigation. The firm represents private and public employers and employee benefit plans, including retirement and health and welfare benefit plans. The firm is also general counsel to boards of trustees with representatives of both labor and management, but the firm does not represent either labor or management in collective bargaining. The firm's legal representation includes plan selection, design and drafting, qualification of plans with the Internal Revenue Service, counseling on fiduciary responsibility matters and plan administration issues, interpretation and application of plan and statutory provisions, preparation of summary plan descriptions, plan amendments, plan terminations, ERISA litigation and representation in Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor audits and investigations.
