Brian is an extremely competent attorney with amazing court room appeal and experience. A case of the heaviest load and still he was able to make me feel confident and secure in my own defense. Very detailed in research and trial prep.

Mr. Berson conducted himself in a highly professional, yet reassuringly personal manner throughout a somewhat lengthy case. Despite my own skepticism, he doggedly pursued an avenue of investigation which eventually led to a dismissal of the charges against me. Moreover, he accomplished this with a degree of compassion and discretion I found particularly comforting in what was, for me, the most mortifying experience of my life. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
