Mr. Turner primarily handles the transactional matters for the Firm and Mr. Maasch is the primary principal with regard to litigation matters. Each of the principals has practiced law in San Diego for more than 20 years and each regularly practices in all of the courts in the State of California, federal courts in the State of California, as well as in the States of Arizona and Wisconsin.
