We have devoted our efforts to deterring wrongful claims practices through our effective litigation techniques. Our efforts have led to the imposition of punitive damages verdicts and settlements.

Our firm has successfully represented corporations, businesses and governmental entities against insurance companies, and we have achieved over 50 seven and eight-figure verdicts and settlements.

Our lead partner, Harvey R. Levine, wrote the nationally recognized authoritative text on Insurance Bad Faith Law (Insurance Bad Faith Litigation, Matthew Bender, 1984), and the California Practice Guide: Insurance Bad Faith, Rutter Group, 1985.
