Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP prosecutes class and private actions nationwide on behalf of individual and institutional clients. The firm's litigation practice is principally in the areas of securities class actions in federal and state courts, private commercial litigation, corporate governance litigation including claims for breach of fiduciary duty and proxy violations, as well as in prosecuting complex consumer claims, violations of federal anti-discrimination law and toxic tort litigation. In those cases where we have served as either lead counsel or as a member of plaintiffs' executive committee, the firm has recovered sums exceeding twenty billion dollars, often successfully advancing novel and socially beneficial principles.
