Six of the firm's lawyers and lobbyists worked inside the California Legislature or held executive positions appointed by the state's Governor. They have represented clients on hundreds of public policy issues before every major agency in California. The firm also has an excellent record in complex litigation and appellate cases. Firm lawyers are recognized experts on the unique aspects of California laws that allow private attorneys to enforce state regulations (Proposition 65, the Unfair Competition Act, and the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004). They have defended numerous enforcement actions brought by the Attorney General as well as private plaintiffs.
