I provide experienced representation in all areas of family law. In addition to litigation, I offer alternative dispute resolution through either mediation or Collaborative Practice. Collaborative Practice is a new process in which a divorcing couple, together with trained professionals, work as a team to resolve disputes respectfully without going to court. Collaborative Practice can protect children from the negative effects of divorce, and allows participants confidentiality, civility, and a wide range of settlement options.
