Hired Attorney

Steven Fritsch was appointed Minor's Counsel for my son for very concerning reasons. After many requests to do his job, Steven has been incompetent in protecting/advocating for my son -- 50 days with zero contact. He's also very rude and unprofessional. In my first phone call, I respectfully asked, "What's the game plan?" Instead of an empathetic message, he said "I don't need to tell you my plan. I don't need your approval." I provided a courtesy emailed ex parte notice to Steven along with a telephonic notice. Steven responded: "Please follow the court's local rules in Ex Parte procedures. This is NOT ex parte notice." I informed him that I did indeed follow local rules and provided telephonic notice. He then responded with zero apology -- His MO I've seen for the past five months. This is just proof that Steven just adds fuel to the fire. He is rude and lacks the ability to be a decent lawyer who gets things resolved. He'd rather waste your time and money.
