Founded in Oakland, California in 1909, Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP serves a diverse clientele of business, public and individual clients located throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area, as well as other parts of California and the United States. The firm recently added an office in Modesto, California to better serve our Central Valley clients. The firm's attorneys assist clients with matters in several inter-related practice areas, including both transactional matters and civil litigation and representing a broad range of industry groups, including retail, homebuilders, restaurants, real estate, manufacturing, food products, high tech, alternative energy, natural resources, medical service providers, professional services, public entities and many more.
