While needing to hire a lawyer is always sad, its nice to have one that has you covered. Been going through a really rough divorce with in the middle of a custody battle. While it has been very stressful, they where always there with the expertise and knowledge to get me to the next step.
Michael Stump is a very honest and trustworthy attorney. I always know when I call upon him that I will receive the most honest and straightforward answer he can give. I truly appreciate these characteristics in him and trust him implicitly. Mr. Stump is absolutely capable of representing others and upholding the law. He will not vacillate from the law and is very well versed in it. I appreciate his vast knowledge and expertise in all situations.
Very aggressive billing with poor follow through and a very poor approach to accuracy. As far as representation goes there is little or no over site.
Borton Petrini willfully took thousands of dollars from an elderly person who was the subject of a conservatorship trial to defend a third party who was fighting claims of elder abuse and undue influence. They took this money when the capacity of this individual to make responsible financial decisions was in question. Even after this individual was administered and failed multiple Mini-Cog examinations and was prescribed dementia medication. BP then stopped taking this money directly knowing it was wrong and unlawful, but enabled it to then be stolen from the proposed conservatee and then ultimately paid to them via this third party when they knew from the very beginning that this third party had no assets to pay them with. They have ignored demands to make the situation right and will now ultimately answer for their actions in court. Please consider seeking legal counsel elsewhere. Particularly if this is for an elderly loved one. These folks will have their hands full.

Worst attorney ever. With other choices, I would steer clear, represent myself before paying her, and paying her, and paying her. She lost a case where no proof was provided...defendent STILL in contempt of court 9 years later. What now counselor, you blew my chance big time. DON'T let this happen to you. Don't know how she passed the bar. Absolutely terrible. Did I mention TERRUBLE?
We had retained this law firm and not the best treatment or professionalism. Our case has been sitting for a few months now and we get responses every few weeks. We get promised a response and then not even an email is sent. I then have to send over a few emails just to get an apologetic reply with another, no followup and missed deadline. We are going through enough stress with our case and for them to literally sit on our case then bill us for every email was absurd. HORRIBLE service.
