S. Roger Rombro (Member) born Buffalo, New York, April 23, 1944; admitted to bar, 1973, California; 1974, U.S. District Court, Central District of California and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; 1984, U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Education: University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 1966); Tulane University (J.D., 1972). S. Roger Rombro is a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the State bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Tulane University School of Law, Mr. Rombro clerked for the Honorable Stanley N.
