Mr. Chimienti is a U.C.L.A. graduate specializing in real estate law, both commercial and residential, wills, trusts and estate planning and contract law. Michael T. Rosenthal (Member) born Smithtown, New York, October 23, 1970; admitted to bar, 1997, New York; 2000, California. Education: Brandeis University (B.A., 1992); Yale Law School (J.D., 1995).
Mr. Rosenthal brings years of experience in litigation, real estate, contract law and complex business disputes as well as trademark and intellectual property law. Mr. Rosenthal has been involved in multi-million dollar cases involving real estate and contract disputes. His experience in civil litigation is one of his many strengths. His major cases have included: (1) acting as senior associate in successful defense of a Fortune 500 company in action brought by former senior executive seeking to enforce exercise of stock options subsequently named as "Top Ten Defense Verdict of 2002" by Daily Journal; (2) representing state and state education agencies in high-profile class action suit brought by public education students alleging constitutional violations and (3) representing foreign organization and its directors in class action suit alleging fraud and contract claims. He was included in "Super Lawyers - Rising Star" list in 2007 and 2008. Substantive areas of experience include securities, intellectual property, real estate, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, trade secrets, trademark, contract and other complex business disputes.
