Business Law - We handle the formation and preservation of corporations, general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and other entities. We also facilitate debt and equity capital acquisition for our clients. We assist clients with business law and finance matters including risk evaluation, negotiating and documenting al forms of contracts and agreements. Additionally, we serve as general counsel and local counsel for public and private corporations throughout the United States.
Business Litigation - We represent both individual and corporate clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts in business, labor and employment, real estate, collection, unfair business practices and other matters. We are active in traditional trial practice as well as arbitration, mediation and confidential hearings before private judges.
We emphasize "preventative law" to avoid lawsuits wherever possible. When litigation is unavoidable, we strive to reduce costs and expenses by working closely with clients to thoroughly evaluating the facts and law early on and to develop an overall case strategy and budget. We have an enviable record of victories at the courthouse that benefits our clients in negotiating settlements.
Construction Law - We represent owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in all aspects of construction and development matters. We routinely handle mechanic's liens, stop notices, bond claims, enforcement actions, contract disputes and construction collections
Real Estate - The firm's partners are both attorneys and licensed real estate brokers. We assist clients with real estate purchases, sales, financing, leasing and negotiations.
The firm is active in all forms of alternative dispute resolution in addition to traditional trial practice. We emphasize a results oriented approach to our clients' problems and utilize the latest technology to meet our clients' needs as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
Members of the firm serve as judges pro-tempore in the local superior courts, as arbitrators for the local bar association, and are active in business, community, civic and political affairs.
