Seven weeks ago I called to ask them to start trying to settle my case because I'm moving to Iowa. After a month of trying to get a hold of my attorney via numerous email and phone calls explaining that I will be permanently living in Iowa by the end of July, still no response. I got fed up, (since it has happened so frequently), I left feedback on there website and then I finally got a response, he only called to complain and threatened to drop me as a client. From my experience, DO NOT USE HIM

Rene works in a manner which makes it likely, in my opinion, that he is a double agent, and probably works for the corporations he is suppose to defend his clients against! Woe to the injured worker who chooses this unsympathetic, crass, and lazy attorney who will never turn a call or message. He routinely disregards important information regarding your case, which other council advised me was a sign he was probably working for under the table corporation payments.
