This is one of best law firns. My mother had geerncard immigration issues and Carmen who is one of the best of the best legal consultants and professionals who resolved the issues. My mother's grerencard expired and she stayed 2 years in India. Carmen at Chugh took the case and made sure that all visa related hurdles were resolved, all immigration questions were correctly answered, immigration papers were correctly done, filed and mother was prepared for the visa interview. My mother got the greencard again. Mother is the permanent resident of USA since 1997. She traveled to India many times from USA duirng these years. She went to India in 2015 and fell sick and her greencard and passport expired and everything went wrong. Due to illness in India, mother stayed a little less than 2 years and could not come to USA. Carmen is the best of the best at Chugh. She will make sure the case is successful. Carmen helped me in a separate case of Reentry Permit and brother and sisters EB5

Go to this law firm if you want to MESS UP your case due to their lack of experience and NEGLIGENCE.Go here if you want to JEOPARDISE your case and LOOSE PEACE OF MIND for you and your family.Case handled by Vandana and Min. I filed my case with this law firm and they did wrong filing of my 485,the last step of the green card processing.I found the wrong filing and asked to correct this. The Senior attorney says that I am doing DRAMA.Clients life and their  families life is a DRAMA for this attorney Mr Min.They don't even care the client.They did not even take care of fixing the case even after insisting. The  mistake is so clear and I proved it and they returned all my money, I asked the firm to compensate me for their mistake and they said "If you continue to contact this law firm, you will force our hand to change these proceedings into something more adversarial in nature, which will be both time consuming and costly from your standpoint. " I see this as a threatening  the customer
