Kinard, Crane & Butler, P.A. is primarily a litigation law firm. All three members of the firm are experienced trial attorneys, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of tort, criminal, commercial and other litigation. Mike Kinard began his law practice in 1966 and was a partner in the law firm of Woodward & Kinard, Ltd. until 1985. Steve Crane was associated with that same firm until he opened his own practice in 1982. David Butler, formerly the Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Columbia County, Arkansas and Director of the 13th Judicial District Drug Task Force, began his legal career as an oil and gas lawyer for Southwestern Energy Exploration in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In August of 1988 both Mr. Crane and Mr. Butler joined with Mr. Kinard to form the present firm.
