Our law firm handles difficult cases in the areas of personal injury, product liability, pharmaceutical and airplane crash litigation.We handle representation in both state and federal courts and we represent consumers and plaintiffs. Recent typical cases handled by this law firm include: Vioxx claims; representation of several passengers injured in the June 1, 1999 crash of American Airlines Flight 1420 in Little Rock; the reversal of a 3.5 million dollar judgment against our client in a commercial breach of fiduciary duty and civil conspiracy case; the successful settlement of a civil rights case in which this firm represented a former county 911 coordinator in her lawsuit against the County Sheriff for retaliatory firing and prosecution as a result of her "whistle blowing" activities; and the successful arbitration of a claim by our client, a satellite dish manufacturer, against its insurance broker for malpractice committed by the broker in failing to timely procure a policy of business interruption insurance. We also are handling several hundred fen-phen cases for Arkansas consumersDavid Williams is the past president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, past secretary of the Council of Presidents for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and a member of numerous bar association and trial lawyers association committees.
