Always personable and available. Willing to take the time to make you feel like you know whats going on and not dumb. There for the client!
Had to handle wrapping up my cousin's estate in Green Valley after he passed. Robby Adamson did a will for him many years ago. The cousin updated it with another atty - who has yet to return my calls. With so much going on, I haven't been able to return Robby's calls (yes, he is humble enough to be called by his first name).Even though Robby is no longer involved, he diligently kept calling. He even spent time explaining some details to me, as much as he could. His paralegal was also very kind and helpful. I know wills and estate planning can be a "gray" area of law. I would feel good about working with Robby and his team. Good people.
Despite having supplied Johnny with all the necessary information, he routinely forwarded documents to me with other people's names and address information, and charged me $200 every time I requested that they be corrected. He would then fix one part of the document, such as my name, but not the address, so he'd charge another $200 to correct that. My legal bill wound up being much higher than it should have been. Very unprofessional!
Johnny Hellenbolt was referred to me as a good attorney to handle an estate in probate for my mother who died intestate. He did not show for our initial interview and instead sent a paralegeal who was not updated on the conversation i already had with him. When I asked why he threatened to sever me. My appointment was with him, not an unlicensed attorney. I requested information to be obtained so i could start managing my mothers afairs. He dragged his feet on that as well as filing my documents
