Reviews for Diane
Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Diane was efficient and effective in handling my case. She has made herself available whenever a question arose. Her interface with the trustee allowed me sufficient time to allow an expedited discharge. Her office has provided an open door for any future issues that have arisen. An excellent attorney!!
Diane is very compassionate and comforting. She made a very difficult process much easier for us.
Diane Drain and her staff have guided us through the rough terrain of a bankruptcy. From the beginning of this process,to an end that is quite near, Ms. Drain has provided the highest level of expertise. Her extensive knowlege of bankruptcy law has helped us immeasureably. Communicating with her and her staff has always been easy, swift and the information that is conveyed is very clear and put in layman's terms. She will explain things as many times as she needs to with a good dose of patience.
Ms. Drain helped make a very difficult time more bearable. She treated us with the upmost respect and caring while pushing us to get together the paperwork needed to get us to the best possible end result. It was very obvious that her peers held her in high esteem. I even had another attorney tell me we had one of the best attorneys out there. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of her services.
When I was looking for a bankruptcy attorney, the U.S. Courts' website had some Phoenix attorney's listed. I visited one in person and the then read Ms. Drain's site. The in-person attorney gave me a 2 inch stack of papers to fill out, but this would cost me $1000 more than Ms. Drain's fee. Ms. Drain's website is incredibly informative, so I chose her and submitted all information online. I found her to be very caring and compassionate. Her process was very efficient, detail-oriented and smooth.
Words cannot express the gratitude we have for you!
This attorney educates clients on the bankruptcy process and helps them correctly complete the steps needed to reach the end of the process in a timely manner. She is thorough, professional and compassionate.
Diane and her team were true professionals throughout our bankruptcy process. My husband and I did extensive research when choosing an attorney and the information we received on Diane was positive and she was also less expensive than many of the other attorneys we contacted. It was a very emotional time for my husband and myself, we never thought we would be in the position we found ourselves. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in the unfortunate situation of filing bankrupt.
