Hired Attorney

We went with Clint Smith because our daughter had recommended him. Clint and his staff are professional yet personal. The filing of our chapter 13 bankruptcy case went through without a problem. We then pursued a loan modification. Our case went on for over two years. Finally, they pushed through and got the modification we needed. We not only got a greatly reduced modification of our first mortgage but proceeded to have the second mortgage totally released. Professional, Thorough and Friendly.

Clint and his associate Ethan Allen have been very diligent and helpful to my school. Unlike some other attorneys we have retained, they always get back to us in a prompt manner and their professionalism and skills are exemplary.
