(Main Office) Royce & Brain was founded on the premise that quality legal service can be economically provided if the client is involved and takes a proactive role in identifying and addressing legal issues and problems. We concentrate on public construction disputes between owners, contractors and suppliers. We also engage in most all phases of civil litigation including commercial, personal injury and environmental cases. In addition, we handle commercial transactions.
