The firm was established in 1976 by William Jermain and Charles Dunnagan. Having experience in a larger firm, they wanted to develop a practice around legal expertise and close personal relationship with clients. We have emphasized this client relationship over the years, and our expansion has occurred only when such relationships are not jeopardized. The firm believes that trust is a two-way street and imperative to maintaining clients.

A major part of the firm's practice is litigation and arbitration, both in the courts and before administratives agencies. The firm services clients throughout Alaska, as well as in the Pacific Northwest.
