Mr. William F. O'Neil is a former Myrtle Beach police officer, in the Accident Investigation and D.U.I. Enforcement Unit. He also participates in Continuing Legal Education, including The National College for D.U.I. Defense at Harvard Law School, which has courses taught by some of the preeminent practitioners throughout the United States.
